Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing 5 to 7 ongoing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver projects that drive value and innovation. Effective planning, communication, and organization are key to succeeding in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Manage all aspects of project management from inception to completion, including task management, project timelines, budgets, and risk management.
- Stakeholder Communication: Lead project meetings, prepare reports, and maintain regular communication with clients and team members regarding project status, risks, and any necessary escalations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Administration, Sales, and Strategy teams to help define and organize project plans, and monitor tasks, milestones, estimates, and documentation.
- Client Interaction: Lead client kickoff meetings, hold regular client meetings, coordinate external resources as needed, and assist Sales with estimates and quotes for new and existing business.
- Process Improvement: Support the development, documentation, and implementation of processes and procedures to enhance project efficiency.
- Continuous Learning: Continually develop your skills and knowledge as a professional project manager, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time Monday through Friday, mostly during US business hours.
- Bilingual professional English proficiency is required.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional project management experience, preferably in business process automation, business process management, CRM design, development and implementation, or system integrations.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Client Management: Experience managing client expectations and delivering tailored solutions to meet various business needs.
- Innovation: An up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies, with a motivation to implement innovative solutions.
- Professionalism: Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership in all tasks.
