Job Summary
In this role, you’ll shape process optimization and automation strategy across multiple domains while working closely with the CEO on content creation and thought leadership initiatives aligned with our Operational Maturity and Experience Framework (OMEF).
Key Responsibilities
- Thought Leadership & Content Development: Contribute to research, content creation, and ideation to advance our thought leadership.
- System Design & Support:Lead the design and implementation of automation systems, providing expertise across client projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to drive automation improvements.
- Process Documentation: Document strategies and frameworks to streamline processes.
