100% Remote, US-based preferred
Availability
Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time (US), with some flexibility.
Contractor to start
Begin part-time as a 1099 contractor, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the company grows.

Job Summary
As an Automation Architect, you’ll shape process optimization and automation strategy across sales, research, and system design. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll collaborate with sales teams, project managers, and implementation specialists to deliver high-impact solutions that help close deals and foster long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Strategy Support: Support project scoping, assess solution viability, and guide the sales team through the use of our Operational Maturity and Experience Framework (OMEF).
- System Design & Support:Architect new projects, lead continuous improvement efforts, and provide ongoing support.
- Client Engagement: Define project scope using the OMEF and align with client goals.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales, production, and automation teams to align on client goals and optimize processes.
Preferred Candidate Qualities:
- Systems Expertise: Expertise in CRM systems like HubSpot and Ontraport.
- Sales Support: Strong communicator with a proven track record of supporting sales efforts.
- Problem-Solving: Innovative and holistic approach to system design.
